Activity Overview

Scouts are invited to spend the afternoon preparing for our 1st Glossodia Scouts Winter Christmas celebration.

Together we'll decorate the hall, prepare a delicious three-course Christmas dinner for our Scout families, enjoy some festive activities, and celebrate with our parents during dinner.

The evening will finish with our Secret Santa gift exchange and Christmas celebrations.

Preparation

Please bring:

• Your wrapped Secret Santa gift (maximum value $10) clearly labelled with the recipient's name.
• Wear a Christmas-themed outfit or festive accessories if you'd like to get into the Christmas spirit.
• Please RSVP by the requested date so we can finalise catering .
• Declan and Jude were away when names were drawn, so they have drawn each other's names.

Families are responsible for arranging their own transport.

Supervision

This activity will be conducted under direct adult supervision. Both male and female Scout Leaders will be present throughout the activity.

Scouts will be supervised while preparing food, decorating the hall, participating in activities, sharing dinner with their families, and taking part in the Secret Santa celebration.
