Activity Overview

Join us for our 1st Glossodia Scouts Christmas in July Dinner, a fun evening celebrating together as a Scout family. Scouts and their families are invited to enjoy a festive Christmas dinner, games, and a chance to catch up before the end of winter.

The Scouts will have spent the afternoon preparing the meal and decorating the hall, ready to welcome everyone for a shared Christmas celebration.

Preparation

No preparation is required for parents attending the dinner.

All attending the dinner are encouraged to wear a Christmas-themed outfit or accessory if they would like to join in the festive spirit.

Please RSVP by the requested date so catering can be finalised.

Cost

$5 per person (Parents and Scouts)

• Comfortable casual clothing.
• Christmas-themed clothing or accessories are encouraged (optional).
• No special equipment is required.

Travel Arrangements

Families are responsible for arranging their own transport.

Supervision

This activity will be conducted under direct adult supervision. Both male and female Scout Leaders will be present throughout the event. Parents will also be in attendance during the dinner.
